On October 31, the US delegation of the China-US Track II Dialogue on Digital Economy visited the Institute for Carbon Neutrality(ICON) at Tsinghua University. The US delegation was led by Dennis Blair, Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Professor Guan Dabo, Associate Dean of the Institute for Carbon Neutrality, and researcher Sun Xin participated in the discussions. Professor Guan Dabo introduced the overall progress and initiatives of the ICON, Tsinghua. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as China's carbon neutrality goals and energy transition trends.

Other members of the US delegation included Ryan Cunningham, Founder of Edgerunner Ventures; Yancy Molnar, Vice President of Chubb Group; Paul Triolo, Head of China and Technology Partnerships at the Albright Stonebridge Group; and Graham Webster, Researcher at the Center for International Security and Cooperation, Stanford University. Senior managers Mu Qing and Zhong Yijing from the ICON also attended the meeting.
